Charlie Lovett: Hurstville

Hello everyone. Today we are going to explore the cafe in Hurstville.

Charlie Lovett Cafe is the new cafe is much needed in Hurstville. I've been here a few times and the food is good with generous portions. Especially their Ecquadorian hot chocolate is unforgettable!

THERE IS FOOD MADE IN BULK, AND THEN THERE IS FOOD MADE WITH LOVE.

All of their meals are made to order and their wide range of fresh pastries are all baked in small batches, in store. We cover breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as cheeky treats in-between.
We also cater for parties and fucntions, if you want to have Charlie at your next party, get in touch with them at info@charlielovett.com.au

They work with the farmers, according to the harvest calendar to ensure our coffee is always in-season and showcases the best flavour and aroma that each region has to offer. Each single origin is roasted specifically to bring out its special characteristics by our expert roasters.

Maldini's Espresso: Strathfield

Hi everyone. I am fiona,  let's explore the most tasty cafe in Strathfield, which is called Maldini's Espresso.

I absolutely love the coffee from Maldinis Espresso. Being someone who loves coffee and having tried so many places, this is one of those places where you can go to everyday without feeling guilty that you're spending $4 on coffee everyday when you can probably make it at home. But the coffee here, you can't make it at home! So definitely anyone who is at Strathfield - give the coffee here a try cause you won't regret it!

Another awesome feature of the cafe is the artistic wall on the left side of the cafe. The artwork is drawn with a thick white pen (not sure who its by) but it kinda makes you feel like you're in New York for a slight moment :). I think it's very creative & I wish I could draw like that! I also love the way the drinks are written in white chalk on a black board across the top of the cafe. It's such an enticing way of presenting their specialties.

Maldini's serves up one of the best burgers in the Strathfield area. This was a huge surprise for me and I was really amazed with the high quality of the burgers served by this cafe since they're mainly famous for their coffees. I have tried their burgers numerous times over the past two years and it is really damn good!

House of Pumpkin: Strathfield

I tried five or six times to begin this piece. Follow me to discover the most tasty in Strathfield.

It is called House of Pumpkin. Fittingly, pumpkins abound. There's also old beer ads on the walls. Probably 80% of the place is outside, on gravel. It's a nice woody beer garden, but it's not a beer garden. It is directly across the road from Strathfield station. It is filled with hip teenagers.

Pumpkin pancakes are available, and chilli pork stir fry. Also available, cheesey melt chips with bacon and ranch dressing, and savagely American salads. Asahi on tap. A large mural, reading “HOUSE OF PUMP KIN”, depicts what looks like a Parisian mansion building. You press a button on the table to call the staff over.

I haven't been to Korea. I don't know if this is typical. As a result, that whole situation above - that was new to me. I had no idea what was going on, and I loved every minute of it.

House of Pumpkin is an awesome place to chill with your friends. They offer an awesome outdoor area which you won't find anywhere else in Strathfield and the menu is very extensive - lots of coffees, dishes, and drinks.

Introduction: Cafes around Strathfield (Fiona Zhu)

Welcome to our Cafe Review Blog.  My name is Fiona and let's follow me to know the most popular cafes around Strathfield of Sydney.

Strathfield is a suburb in the Inner West of Sydney Australian. Most of koreans live in Strathfield and so most of the cafes and restaurants make Korea food. People can easy to get to Strathfield. It only take about 20 minutes train to get to Strathfield from Central Station.

This blog is going to introduce the most popular cafe i used to go, which call Buttermelt Cafe. The cafe offer breakfast , launch and also dinner. It also offer coffee, drinks and special Korea Tea. The taste is really amazing. I prefer to go and have a taste of their pasta and with a traditional Korean Tea. You would feel so relaxing and enjoying to have meal in that shop, because the environment is quietly beautiful and you can choose to sit inside or outdoor seating. However, the workers over there have really friendly attitude to customer, which makes you really feel comfortable to stay. So here is the address of the shop 1, 7-9 Church Ave Strathfield NSW 2135 and it will be open 8 am - 10 pm.  Let's go and have a try, you will like it!

Next blog will be more information about Cafes around Strathfield. Don't miss it out!

See you later!
