Lindt Chocolate Cafe: Martin place

Lindt Cafe is located at the centre of Martin Place, which have best location, the environment of cafe is great and comfortable. The history and tragic events of what happened here in December 2014 were on my mind every time during my visit, The Lindt Cafe is open once again after the terrible tragedy

The waffles with chocolate Lindt ice-cream, its tastes incredible and very filling.
It's amazing to see how they have recovered. Service here is great, staff are very helpful. Everything tastes so rich, the coffee is incredible. Everything here is very fancy, I love the hot chocolates which come as hot milk and a mini jug of melted chocolate. This is the best hot chocolate I have before, with rich flavor, but a little bit sweet.

Coffee Brothers: Mona Vale

Coffee Brothers in Mona Vale is one of the most popular coffee shops in Sydney from both local and not-so local visitors, and has received excellent reviews across the board for it's coffee and it's food and service. It's popularity has surged since it was recently voted the 10th best Cafe in Australia!

Located in the industrial locality of Darley St , Mona Vale and opened by local Northern Beaches family almost four years ago, Coffee Brothers has an inner-city Melbourne vibe and casual cafe food that people fall in love with immediately. It also stocks a signature blend for milk-based coffee made with beans sourced from Indonesia, Colombia and micro plantations from Tanna Island in Vanuatu. For espresso drinkers, Coffee Brothers has a blend made with Brazilian, Indonesian and Vanuatu beans.

I decided to write about Coffee Brothers not only because of it's excellent reputation, but also because of it's relationship with fair trade coffee that Coffee Brothers prides itself on. Coffee Brothers have a personal relationship with the farmers that grow their beans in Vanuatu by visiting them many times during the year, and also encourage people to write messages to the farmers themselves.

Overall, Coffee Brothers is definitely a cafe you should check out (and not only because it's the 10th best in Australia!) and visit if you're ever down near the Northern Beaches.

Cafe El's: Winston Hills

Whilst some may argue that the suburb of Winston Hills is not exactly Western Sydney but rather North-Western Sydney; what people can't deny is that Cafe El's serves beautiful cafe style food and coffee.

Despite being near a busy road and just outside Winston Hills Mall, Cafe El's successfully manages to transport you away from the hustle and bustle of daily life with their beautifully presented dishes. Cafe El's serves a range of healthy (yet delicious) food for both breakfast and lunch. Their dishes are mostly European inspired with flavours from Greece, Turkey, the Mediterranean, Italy and many more.

Some of their dishes include Turkish baked eggs, tiger prawns in napoletana sauce, Moroccan lamb. As well as this, don't forget to look out for their weekly specials. Every year they present something new and original that you just have to try out. Some of their past specials include Mushroom bruschetta, linguini prawn pasta and Dukkah chicken.

Their interior has a minimalist and elegant feel with white subway tiles and flowers arranged every year; but if you enjoy wide open spaces - they also have outdoor seating for larger groups, or those just wanting to enjoy the warm weather.

It was rated the Best Cafe in the Hills District, so it's definitely worth checking out. Happy eating!

Maldini's Espresso: Strathfield

Hi everyone. I am fiona,  let's explore the most tasty cafe in Strathfield, which is called Maldini's Espresso.

I absolutely love the coffee from Maldinis Espresso. Being someone who loves coffee and having tried so many places, this is one of those places where you can go to everyday without feeling guilty that you're spending $4 on coffee everyday when you can probably make it at home. But the coffee here, you can't make it at home! So definitely anyone who is at Strathfield - give the coffee here a try cause you won't regret it!

Another awesome feature of the cafe is the artistic wall on the left side of the cafe. The artwork is drawn with a thick white pen (not sure who its by) but it kinda makes you feel like you're in New York for a slight moment :). I think it's very creative & I wish I could draw like that! I also love the way the drinks are written in white chalk on a black board across the top of the cafe. It's such an enticing way of presenting their specialties.

Maldini's serves up one of the best burgers in the Strathfield area. This was a huge surprise for me and I was really amazed with the high quality of the burgers served by this cafe since they're mainly famous for their coffees. I have tried their burgers numerous times over the past two years and it is really damn good!

Espresso Warriors: Mount Druitt

Photo from: https://www.facebook.com/espressowarriors
Mount Druitt, located deep in Western Sydney doesn't particularly have the best reputation around Sydney; but in recent years their cafe scene has been growing. As well as being one of the only locations in Sydney to still have a Starbucks Coffee franchise, Mount Druitt now also has... Espresso Warriors.

This trendy cafe located in Westfield Mount Druitt - right near the Mount Druitt train station - serves a variety of foods and drinks such as healthy burgers, acai "warrior" bowls, cronuts (croissants and donuts) along with delicious and filling milkshakes and coffees.

Espresso Warriors is open from 9am till 5.30pm so it's perfect for a breakfast, lunch or brunch date with your friends and family; as made clear in their tagline "Eat. Drink. Be Social". This cafe has great service, trendy decor and a nice atmosphere you will want to come visit more than once.

And get your cameras out, because all the food served here is totally instagram worthy. A particular mention should go out to their desserts such as strawberry and banana crepes, waffle stack and their "cray" nutella milkshakes. For those with a sweet tooth, this is your dessert heaven! Plus, the staff will even help you to arrange your dish for the perfect instagram photo with the right lighting and background.

But for those who prefer something a bit lighter and healthier, don't fret! There is something for you too! With nutritious burgers and salads also available there's something for everyone in Mount Druitt's latest cafe sensation... and at affordable prices! :)

Harvest Store & Kitchen: Newport Beach

Harvest Store & Kitchen began as concept store created by two Northern Beaches women who wanted to showcase locally produced Australian products. With a holistic and organic approach to food, Harvest uses sustainable practices to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cozy and girly cafe decorated with plush couches also houses a pantry store where you can pick up many of the products used in their food, as well as homemade chutneys, jams and sauces.

One of my favourite thinks to drink at Harvest is their Sticky Chai, a honey soaked tea made in Australia from natural and sustainable ingredients which is also available for purchase if you love it just as much as I do.

The only downside to Harvest is that it is one of the more expensive cafes along Newport, which isn't really a problem when there are so many to chose from! Harvest is excellent for special events or when you want to spoil someone with a fancy breakfast and coffee to start the day! Located at 352 Barrenjoey Road, Newport, Harvest is a unique cafe that adapts itself beautifully from breakfast to lunch and dinner.

Armchair Collective: Mona Vale

The Armchair Collective, located on Darley St East near Mona Vale Beach is another extremely popular cafe along the Northern Beaches. The crowd and demographic is slightly different from the other coffee shops I have reviewed on the Northern Beaches. Armchair Collective attracts a older selection of people, located away from the main shops of Mona Vale near retirement homes and also doubles as a homeware store.

They sell one of a kind restored designer armchairs, colourful cushions and custom lamp shades among many other unique interior decorating items. However, it is not the homewares store that attracts the most attention! With an extensive breakfast, lunch, drinks and all day menu, Armchair Collective has become a relaxing coffee shop to go to after a day at the beach and has proven its popularity time and time again.

Open from Monday to Sunday, 7:00-4pm, Armchair Collective do not take any bookings or reservations and is fully licensed.

Gluten Free Cafe: Newport

Located directly opposite from the newly opened The Newport, the Gluten Free Cafe in Newport claims to be the first 100% gluten free cafe of it's kind in Sydney. With a belief that people who suffer from coeliac disease shouldn't have to give up taste to live healthily, GFCafe aims to have a modern and indulgent menu for those who choose or have to eat gluten free to enjoy.

One unique thing about GFC is that they have an extensive range of take-away lunches and dinners, with cakes available to order as well. Their breakfast menu, which is available until 11:30 am contains items such as Eggs Benedict, lemon curd and banana bread, and also pancakes with caramelized banana.

In terms of lunch, GFCafe is also BYO, so you can bring your own bottle of wine for $5 corkage per person. The lunch menu boasts items such as burgers, salt and pepper squid, salads and sandwiches that you can purchase to take home as well. Lunch is available until 2pm from Midday.

If you know anyone who is gluten free, I highly recommend a trip down to 1 Kalinya St, Newport, to check out this unique cafe and all it has to offer!

Zubi Bar: Newport Beach

Also located along Barrenjoey Road, Newport,
Zubi Bar is one of the busiest coffee shops in the Northern Beaches and attracts customers from everywhere with it's young and friendly staff that keep it contemporary. Tucked away with a
hidden garden and a cozy atmosphere, the line for take-away coffee spills out onto the street until mid-morning. Popular with all ages, Zubi Bar is a go-to coffee shop for most. Zubi also hosts many young and upcoming local bands which adds to it's appeal.

As seen below, the menu is fairly simple, but it is this simple menu that allows the staff at Zubi to excel at customer service instead of dealing with complicated orders. My favourites: chai latte with pear and raspberry bread.

Recognized as one of the winners in Sydney Morning Herald's Good Cafe Guide, Zubi is an unsuspecting gem on the Northern Beaches that is definitely worth a visit to!

Kanzi fashion Cafe:Haymarket

My favorite Korean coffee shop called KANZI Fashion Cafe, located at the heart of Chinatown Sydney. This is a stylish coffee shop which has a stylish decor and unique Asian-style coffee and dessert.Quaint and beautifully cluttered, a good place to stop have a rest after a full day of shopping.

This is also a nice nice place to catch up friends, meeting with people, studying, reading. Quiet atmosphere, comfortable seating, free WIFI, this is the reason why we can spend a whole afternoon at KANZI cafe.

Kanzi cafe are mostly renowned for their bingsoos which are traditionally red bean desserts with ice cream but nowadays they came in all sorts of flavours minus the red bean like melon and chocolate.

Melon Bing-soo is my favorite dessert in KANZI cafe. This is the ice cream mix with melons and red beans. The melon balls were juicy and sweet. This Melon Bing-soo is a lovely and ridiculously refreshing treat, especially for those hot summer days.

I had lots of really enjoyable experiences at Kanzi Fashion Cafe and if you love the combo of fashion and food I guarantee your going to like it too. Definitely worth a pop by.

House of Pumpkin: Strathfield

I tried five or six times to begin this piece. Follow me to discover the most tasty in Strathfield.

It is called House of Pumpkin. Fittingly, pumpkins abound. There's also old beer ads on the walls. Probably 80% of the place is outside, on gravel. It's a nice woody beer garden, but it's not a beer garden. It is directly across the road from Strathfield station. It is filled with hip teenagers.

Pumpkin pancakes are available, and chilli pork stir fry. Also available, cheesey melt chips with bacon and ranch dressing, and savagely American salads. Asahi on tap. A large mural, reading “HOUSE OF PUMP KIN”, depicts what looks like a Parisian mansion building. You press a button on the table to call the staff over.

I haven't been to Korea. I don't know if this is typical. As a result, that whole situation above - that was new to me. I had no idea what was going on, and I loved every minute of it.

House of Pumpkin is an awesome place to chill with your friends. They offer an awesome outdoor area which you won't find anywhere else in Strathfield and the menu is very extensive - lots of coffees, dishes, and drinks.

Dymocks Cafe: Sydney CBD

Dymocks Cafe is located in the mezzanine venue with booth seating overlooking Dymocks bookshop on George st. This is a good stop to drink a cup of coffee and try a piece of cake, Sometimes there are lots of customers here and need to wait in line, but the dessert or coffee here is definitely very
high quality. After I accompanied with some friends shopping , I like to come here to
enjoy a cup of cappuccino and the sweet cheesecake.

Who doesn't love a good cup of Joe in a bookstore.Actually everything on the menu is delicious. The best thing you can do here is have a coffee while read a book.
Great option when visiting as large book store over 3 levels with 1000's of books for all ages including board games and stationery. Great travel and ABC sections as well and staff are available for help in searching for your books. While this is also a good cafe with lots of food and drinks. So this is the cafe you must visit when you come to Sydney CBD.
